We are deliberately small. We work with a limited number of partners at a time so we can do right by each one. If we can't be useful, we'll tell you so honestly.
What we focus on
- Payouts — fast, reliable disbursements to any South African bank account.
- Collections — multi-channel payment acceptance with reconciliation built in.
- Virtual Cards — programmable VISA cards for vendor, ad, and team spend.
That's it. We don't sell ten products at once, and we won't pretend to. If you need something we don't offer, we'll point you to someone good.
How we work
Every PanPay customer gets a named account manager, a clear pricing sheet, and a single point of contact for both technical and operational questions. No tiered support queues. No "platform" fees. No surprises on your statement.

Our team is based in Foreshore, Cape Town. We're here in your timezone, on local rails, and easy to meet in person if that's what it takes.
